The Sky's the Limit is told through a colorful cast of characters who dominate the Manhattan real estate industry: broker to the stars Linda Stein dealing with obsessive movie stars, persnickety co-op boards blackballing billionaires, and the city’s top brokers engaging in internecine warfare. Gaines, who is also a Hamptons television and radio personality, is quite the raconteur, and once he’s opened the door into these fabulous homes, you’ll want to kick off your shoes and stay a while.

of Calvin Klein, and Simply Halston. He is a resident of
Wainscott, New York, located in the Hamptons.
WORD FOR WORD is a Bryant Park lunchtime series presented in cooperation with Coliseum Books. Notable authors discuss their newest books at the Bryant Park Reading Room, alongside 42nd Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. Following the readings, the authors will sign books, for sale on site from Coliseum Books.
